We have a situation where two of our Plant Maintnenace orders have both the system status TECO and the system status CLSD active. This prevents you from returning the order to the released status or even just the TECO status to process time entry changes or maybe a missing invoice. Somehow the JEST table was not updated correctly. Both occurances happened in the past week. We have contacted SAP and the service representative has told up to make a manual correction to the JEST table. I am not in favor of doing this. The status history table JCDS would then also need to be updated as it is also not correct. SAP indicated they have heard of this happening before but do not provide an update program as the issue is not re-creatable. There are no SAP Notes that I can find.
Has anyone out there experienced this? And if so, how did you resolve it? I want to explore all avenues before escalating the ticket.
