Send IDocs between two XI Systems

Hello,

I must send an IDoc (Invoic01) from one XI2.0 system to another one (2.0) over IDOC Adapter (not XI Message!)?

Is this constellation possible , because I have no idea how the receiving system can read out the Idoc metadata from the sending XI.

Usually an XI system has no metadata for Idoc INVOIC01..? Anybody solved this constellation already ?

    isnt it possible to receive the metadata for the idoc typ from the receiving R/3 system ? or is there a kinda different system behind the other XI ?

      Hi Peter,

      The configuration for the second XI system shouldd also not be a problem, as the sender system will be a XI system and the receiver system will be a R/3 system. The metadata for the second XI will be imported from a R/3 system.
