Shipment cost document not getting cancelled

Dear all,

I am trying to cancel a shipment cost document. I am doing [VI02}, going to the settlement tab and selecting the checkbox for cancellation and save it. and then when I go back in the document, it still shows the check box enabled and it is not cancelled.

Please guide me. What could be the issue.

Open a call at SAP Support and tell them that you have the same issue that is fixed in 616 and 618 as well in 617

Hi,

As per SAP note # 23642847 & 2087047 and which matched exactly with the issue we are facing while cancellation of the Shipment cost document. But the issue we are facing here is that we have the Support Package SAPKH60617

software component SAP_APPL
Release - 606
But in the SAP note # 2087047 we could only find the support packs SAPKH60616 & SAPKH60618.

Please guide me.

I have gone through the OSS note 2364287 and the corresponding note also and this seems to be the perfect solution for the issue I raised. Thanks again. I will update with the result once this is implemented.
