CRM Module

Hi Experts,

Can SAPB1 handle complete CRM processes or we have a separate SAP module (not within SAPB1) for handling complete CRM issues.

If I were to use the sales opportunities option in SAPB1 to handle my CRM how will I derive a sales quotation from the sales opportunity after closing the deal?
