How to access to Oracle log for a Java system ?

The customer wants to be able to read Oracle log (alert_sid.log) for a Java system. He cannot have access at the operating system level.

For an ABAP system, it is possible with transaction ST04 or ST04N.

But, which SAP standard tool can offer this read access for a Java system ? NWA ?
