TIS - update info structure S050

Hello,

please could enyone help me? I tried to update info structure S050 for shipment using transaction mcs/ and got error message

"092 SAP info structure S050 cannot be generated" I run transaction OLIE and created protocol but without avail. I haven´t found eny documentation for update - TIS yet.
