Request Id

Hi Guys,

I am from webdynpro abap, am developing an leave request application, once employee fills the details in application and clicks on submit button.. One request id should be created for tracking purposes.

In standard, leave request id will maintain in PTREQ_HEADER TABLE..

NOW, In my submit button action, how can we create a new request id and it should be update in database.
