Problem with start instance while installation

Hi all,

Please help me in solving this installation problem. I've tried installing the setup several times but every time i get this same error that :An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.0 including Enhancement Package 2 > SAP Application Server ABAP > MaxDB > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step :Instance NSP/DVEBMGS00 reached state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up...

I am using Windows server 2008 r2 in a vmware....
