Data source after replication issue

Hi,

After activation of standard master Data sources and transactional data sources in r/3 dev system, I have replicated in Bi dev system, but during replication the system is not asking to replicate in 3.5 or 7. BY default it is storing in 3.5. But only one or two data sources are storing in 7.0

while installing business content also, the 3.5 data sources are not visible in BI content. Only 7.0 data sources are visible. I want to install the standard transformations and dtp infopackages for master data infoobjects. But I cant find the data source in Bi content.

I have deleted the data sources and thn replicated , but i am experiencing the same. I have also seen in table RSTLOGOPROP, there i checked SHDS is available for the D-TLOGO.

Please tell me how to make this replication to be in 7.
