mapping issue

Hi Gurus,

when I am doing straight one to one mapping in PI 7.0,the button which shows map selected fields and substructures if names are identical is not highlighted.

This feature will allow me to do straight away mapping without manually mapping individual fields.

Can you please tell me the reson why this feature is not getting supported.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay

Which JDK/JRE is installed on your computer?

If i'm not wrong, this happens when the repository is opened with java 5.0 or more recent ones.

Hi

Open Java settings in your control panel (Control Panel -> Java).

Choose Java tab, then View under Java Runtime Environment settings.

Check that only Java 1.4 is enabled. If it's not present at all, add it and deselect the other ones.

Texts may be a little different in your OS version.

If still you don't see those icons, enabled, then your browser is setup to open JNLP files with a newer JDK version.

You need to go to your browser or system preferences and set the j2re 1.4.2_19 as the default one for JNLP files.

Regards,

Giuseppe

Hi Jay,

For PI 7.0 ensure you have installed java2sdkse v 1.4.2_15, java2 runtime enviornment V 1.4.2_15 .

This might solve the problem.
