BADI for CJ20N network

Dear X'perts,

Pertaining to network/activities we need to restrict certain users from adding/deleting BoM etc when a specific user status is triggered at PD level. I have searched for BADI for network/activity but have found none.

Standard BADI for PD/WBS have not helped in this regard. Request you for urgent help or way around.
