ODBC Connection to acces Remedy Database

Hi

I would like to know to how to establish an ODBC connection to access BMC Remedy 7.6 via Crystal Report XI Release 2 . I did try to add but unfortuntly its throwing and error

Here is the error message

"The setuproutines for the AR System ODBC Driver ODBC driver could not be found. Please reinstall the driver.

I have run out of idea's of how to fix it.
