Error in assignment of company code in shopping cart item

Hi ,

Our org is on SRM 7.0. We are currently facing an issue with assignment of company code at item level in a SC. When we do a DR , system is unable to find a company code at the item level, and thus it does not allow us to proceed .

I have checked in the backend and found that method -- IF_WD_CONTEXT_ELEMENT~GET_STATIC_ATTRIBUTES of class CL_WDR_CONTEXT_ELEMENT is used to determine the attributes of SC item. This method does not return the company code for the item.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated .

data issue during system setup...

the company code determination depends on the org structure as well. so check the ppoma_bbp configuration for the buyer
