Reorder point consumption base planning

Hi SAP Gurus,

We want to used Reorder point consumption base planning.

So i have to create new mrp controller and assign it in Material master for which i have to run consumable MRP.

So please guide me how i create New MRP Controller and what things i have to take care so that there is no implication on system.

Please guide me.
