HCM Process & Forms vs Dinamic Actions

Dear Experts.

I create a process using HCM Process and Forms for that the employee can update two infotype in the portal.

In the backend the system use Dynamic Action and when the user do entries in the first infotype, the system call to the second infotype and propose value for the second infotypes-

Is posible do this using HCM P&F? How can do this ?
