Entry Sheet Not Subject to Release strategy

Hi Gurus,

I have a situation ,an end user is trying to release the Service Entry Sheets,but he gets an error saying "Entry Sheet Not Subject to Release strategy message 0k000,i dont know what exactly is going on???

Can some one help me out with this.
