Cannot create ticket from Maintenance Plan in C4C

Hi Expert,

I got a problem when I try to setup Maintenance Plan generate ticket.

I can’t generate ticket successfully from Maintenance Plan (schedule in “Time Base”). Even I can run simulation run, but can’t find ticket is generate from Maintenance Plan (see in document flow, it only one ticket which not from maintenance plan). Could you kindly advice on my configure if there are any missing?

Ticket is not generate from Maintenance Plan

My Configure:

In Registered Product, I set connect to Install Base

Created new tickets from Registered Product

Also find ticket show in Install Base after create in Registered Product
