How to migrate data of Transparent table from one system to another in SAP

Hi,

I have a transparent table with some data. Now, I want to move this table data from one system to another system with in SAP.

Could you please help me how can I do that?

One option I can thought of:

- Download from one system

-Upload it into another system.

But, end user has to run two programs. He doesn't want that. :-(.

He wants me to create a program in Original system(source), and he wants to run that program. And hence data should get migrate to another system what ever he specifies.

Hope you understand my requirement.
