OverHead Not Calculated in CK11N

Dear All,

I have creatted a Costing Sheet, wil the below details:

10 Z001 Material

15 C000 Material OH 10 Z01

20 Z002 Production

30 X001 Manufacturing OH 20 Z02

40 COGM 10 30

50 C002 Administration OH 40 Z03

60 C003 Sales OH 40 Z04

100 Cost of Good Sold 40 60

I have maintained the Overheads % also for Controlling Area with Date from 01.04.2011 to 31.12.9999 for Overhead Type 1

When I am creating Cost Estimate system is not calculating Overhead. I am not able to understand for the same. I have done the same Config in Other Client and it is calculating their but in different client it is not calculating.

What could be the reason for the same?

Check whether Overhead group is assigned in Costing 1 Tab in the material master.

Hi Divraj,

Thanks for input. I have not assigned any OIverhead Grp in Material Master, I assigned the same now but still not calculating the Overhead.

HI,

creation of a cost estimate requires overhead type 2. You've entered overhead type 1 which is considered if you do actual overhead calculation (eg KGI2, CO43...)

HI,

so its either the base value that is zero (should be easy to check) or its the definition of the overhead rate.

Which "dependency" did you take? For example if you take D020 (Overhead type / plant) and maintain your OVH rate for plant A but your base row values are related to plant B there is no OVH calculated.
