SSO from JDBS system to sql server without user mapping

Hello All,

I would Like to Know if it is possible to establish sso between the portal and sql server by using the default jdbc system without the user mapping (we have a lot of user but we don't want theme to do user mapping)

i am looking for something like the SAP Logon Ticket

There is no possibility to get SSO authemtication to JDBC systems using wizards of EP6.0 Portal.

Why don't you want to use 'User Mapping' option?

Hi Julia ,

Thanks for your help the organization does not want to use user mapping because the users are layman's in web pages and the administrators don't want do perform user mapping manually to all users .

Hello Ronen,

If you have large number of users that belong to the same role you can assign user mapping to their role, and by that save you the trouble of manually setting the user mapping for each of them.
