How to get access to SQL Editor?

I select "BI" - "SQL Editor". And I have message error "WARNING 2011: You are not authorized to use this functionality. See the SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer Security Guide for more information". I have read that guide and I don't understand what shoud do. Please, help me. What me shoud do to run SQL Editor?
