APO DP Macros

Hi All,

I need your helps about DP Macros. When you are in RSA1 that you can see the list of Macros on the left side of screen.

But we want to hide that list for some users, how can we manage that issue??

Can I ask why you want to hide the list ? Are you concerned that users might mistakingly run the macro ? If so, you can set the macro to not be 'directly executable'. Such macros are not shown in the list.

Do you mean RSA1 or /SAPAPO/SDP94 for the planning book itself?

sorry, yes you'r right in /SAPAPO/SDP94 in planning book.

You can control the access to the macros per user by using the APo Authorizations concept. See the following SAP Note 400434 for details of all the objects:

The note also links to all other relevant notes on APo Authorisations. Hope it helps.
