change filed&process description solman charm

Dear All：

Pls kindly help！

We want to change the filed≺ocess description during we do the configuration for solution manager charm soluiton. for example, we want to change the description of developer to owner, or change the process "authority to import" to another name.

and one more question is whether we can set the default value to the filed of developer. for example. developer default value is peter, no need to input it.
