Controlling Hierarchy upload into BW

Hello All,

i want to load the customer defined hierarchies that are available in R/3 Controlling component into BW. The hierarchies can be viewed using the transaction 'KKRS' in R/3.

How do i generate a datasource for these hierarchies ?

Hi Sanjay,

it depends on your PlugIn Release. As of PlugIn 2004.01 you should find the functionality in the system. Prior to this PlugIn, you have to use the HowTo paper.

Did you see note 422175 - Extracting CO-PA hierarchies? About this matter there is even an How to in SAPNET (service.sap.com/bw) named "How to...Upload CO-PA hierarchies".
