[BUG] shows only current information after a refresh

The subject says already everything.

I am in Q&A and click the user name and get always old data, the question from which I jump into the user profile is not listed.

I then do a refresh and can then see the current data.

This screen comes up first:

And after a refresh I see this screen:

Is it not possible to show the current data right away?

It certainly has nothing to do with my Cache as I was never before in this profile.

Hey Jürgen,

We are looking into a major refactoring around the profile cache, centralising all user related content instead of the currently distributed solution, as it clearly does not work well for our users.

Such a fundamental change will take time to do right, therefore I would like to ask for your understanding and patience. In the meanwhile, the team is investigating how to improve the current situation.

Thanks and regards,

Any update on this issue - it is still happening and is not consistent for all users.

e.g. this question was asked 5 days ago:

and is still not visible in the profile of Former Member

Yes, constantly working on it for a long time and will keep doing that for a while. We created a new service that gathers all content that exists in the Community including archive..etc (that I mentioned above). This will be the new foundation of the profile, not only replacing what we already have, but enhancing it with further information and content types. Already did a proof of concept for the profile and they will work well together. Still needs some more fine tuning though, so I can only ask for your patience still. But the light at the end of the tunnel is there.

Btw, I can see the question on that profile.
