Hi all,
i'm working on Change Request Management and i need to setup the automatic email.
I would like to know if in the text of the email you can automatically insert other information in addition to the standard.
Number: &orderadm_h-object_id&
Description: &orderadm_h-description&
Help me please
thanks
Francesca
Yes, what you want is totally possible. For an example take a look at smartform CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01 which is used in Service Desk as an example email format. The email contains the full contents of SU01, SU99, and SUSD (these are hardcoded in the TEXT_HEADER_LOOP as you will see, but you could easily copy the smartform and adjust to your requirements).

Yep, there are various other items you can add as well. Just go to transaction SMARTFORMS, open your smart form and browse through the field list.

I am not sure if its extremely helpful but Ricardo's blog here
/people/riccardo.escher/blog/2009/08/21/pep-up-your-charm--part-1-howto-create-a-smart-e-mail-action
is a good point for a smart email action setup.
For your question to know more about Smartforms and emails you are better off just searching around for a quick 5 min smart form video tutorial to get you an idea of what is possible.
What you have asked for should not be complicated for an ABAPer to do though.
