Problem with standard program in BDC Interface for FB01

Hi to all,

I am working on interface to upload the expense data to R/3by using FB01 transaction.I am using the standard program RFBIBL00 .

By using the legacy file I am generating an intermediate file , and i am supplying this intermediate file to RFBIBL00.Program is posting the documents successfully. After creating the session and i am processing in the fore ground, one screen is coming ...having only Enter key button. If u press that enter key button then next line item is coming.and al the documents are posting.

But the problem came when i tried in the back ground. Why because in the back ground no one press enter key.

and the documents are not posting.and error is coming.

(COBL-KOSTL field is not exist in the SAPMMM>>>>> 002 screen).I thought that it is due to starnadard program.

If it is a BDc i can write three lines of code to press the enter key.But i am using thestarndard program. If any body faced the similar problem previously or if any body have ideas , Can u help me out.

thanks in advance

    • Hi karuna,

If you run Fb01 t-code after processing first screen i.e header data, u enter to screen 2 which is G/L account items. In this screen after placing the amount if u press enter u will not get a pop up screen SAPLKACB 0002. This is the screen where u place cost center/WBS element/Orders. The resin for this, there is a field

"DKACB-FMORE" in G/L account items (SAPMF05A/0300) which is always space. if you mark this field as "X" ur problem will be solved.

U can try in SHDB to make it more clear.
