Determine Single Records

Hello,

I have created the Single Record Procedure and the Final Results Procedure and linked it to the Key Figures from the Validity Period 01.01.2011. However when I try executing PAEP1, the system gives error message - No key figures assigned to single records procedure P1F1 on date 31.12.2010.

Please let me know why the system is looking for the values prior to the valid start date of 01.01.2011.
