Source Determination

Hi All

On ME51N, there is a tick box on the top of the screen for Source Determination.

How to I get that set as active/ticked for all end users on the system without asking them to each add it as a default.

Hi,

You can set the Source Determination checkbox always checked by the following procedure.

In ME51N, you can find Personal Setting icon on the top. Click it and go to Default values tab.

Click on more fields, select the source determination field from the hidden fields and add it to the display fields. click copy.

Now you will find source dertemination checkbox, tick it and save.

I would like to apply this setting to all users without asking them to do that.

Is there anyway for me to enable it for all users?

the setting is stored in table ESDUS.

write a small program to update ESDUS with this setting for all your users.

Hi

You can try this, in OMFI transaction, say for 01 default value, in the source determination tab, click create requisition.

assign this default value 01 to the user id in su01, under EVO as parameterID and 01 as the parameter value
