how to extract user information from R/3 into BW

Hi, I have a requirement that how to extract end user informantion from R/3 into BW.

For example, I want to know who have logged in R/3 in the last one year , what they have done and what tcode they have used and so on .

I need to extract these information from R/3 and build a query for the IT manager.

Is there andy BI content or datasource I can use?
