Hi all,
Can any one provide me with the outlook integration add-on and the process for installation and usage document of it. We are using SAP B1 2007B PL-15 .

Try below steps.
First Cinfigure SBO Mailer Service in SBO Service Manager.
Step 1. Settings :-
SMTP server - Contact your administrator he will give you smtp
SMTP port - Contact your administrator he will give you smtp
User Name - if required or keep blank
password - if required or keep blank
Encoding - English (United status)
SMTP Client - Microsoft .NET
Authentication - Anonymous Access
Use TLS Encryption - Untick
HTML Directionright to left - Untick
Inculde subject in message bosy - Tick
Fax Settings -
Keep as it is
Step 2. Connections
DB Type - Select your server type (MSSQL / MSSQL_2005)
DB Server - select your sername e.g SAPSERVER
Steps 3. Database
Once you click on this button you will see your database names tick on your database name.
Steps 4. Schedule - Most Important
For testing purpose click on "By Intervals" and put "5" in every field and select "minutes".
After Configure all above steps then
Steps 1. Go To Administration / Add-Ons / Add-On Administration / Move Outlook_Integration to Company-Assigned Add-Ons then Tick on Force to Install & Active /Update Ok /
Steps 2. Go To Administration / Add-Ons / Add-On Manager / Pending Add-Ons Tab / Select Outlook_Integration & Click on Install.
I hope you have to follow this steps your problem will be solved.

You have to define destination drive for that ADD ON...
Try this way...
Log in to your SBO..
Goto Administration->Addons->Addon Administration.
One window will open..
There you click the 'register Addon'....
After clicking that one window will open..
In that set the path by pressing the button..
(The addon is in Packages->Addon Autoreg->Outlook integration->Outlook_Integration.ard)
you select the .ard file and it will take the setup file automatically...
Then the installation will proceed as per your inputs

check under this folder with sap business one application >>>>Packages\Add-Ons AutoReg
