Hi,

You can assign number ranges as internal or external. If you check the checkbox, then it is external number range. Yet it has to be within the defined range only. Number ranges can also be alphanumeric. After defining the number range, you have to assign it the account group.

Tha path is SPRO->Logistics General->Business Partner->Vendors->Control->Define number ranges for Vendor master records.

Regards,

Divya

Hi,

If it is marked as "x" then it is external and if it is blank then it is internal.
