Export of a Report

I would like to run a report in the background and then export o a file. It there a way to do this? I see the reporting Agent only handles exception reporting.

    Hi Bryn,

    use transaction RSCRM_BAPI !

    Hi Roberto,

    Thank you so much for your reply. By the way can you use the reporting agent by setting a exception that brings your whole report back as an exception and then export?

    To get the export to work do you need to use BAdi's?

      Hi Byrn,

      if you want to use the reporting agent, you need anyway to export your query with RSCRM_BAPI and then to create an 'always true' exception with the follow-up action 'send e-mail' and with the attachment downloaded before by RSCRM_BAPI, since in the reporting agent you can only attach what already existing and you can't export directly the involved query !
