MINI SAP NETWEAVER SAP Application server connection issue

Dear experts,

I wanted to ask you, as I have installed all the necessary components for the Mini SAP netweaver SAP DB, MAX DB, SQL,GUI and yet facing a problem with the connection from SAPGUI to the application server.

The message I am getting is WSAECONNECREFUSED, partner 127.0.0.1.sapdp00.

I am using a localhost as the application server and dont know what the issues is when I try to login through the SAPGUI.
