Hi there
yes this is possible.. the IMG path is as follows for configuration
Path : SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG->Fin.Accounting-> Travel Management-
>Travel Expenses->Trip Reimbursement amounts->Reimbursement amounts for
accommodations.
and this is from the table V_T706U for per diem for accommodation
Kind regards
Sally

Hello Raziq,
from my understanding the calculation based on from night to night. Means how many time the clock goes over midnight in the trip.
So if the trip starts at 8:00 am o'clock from 19-06-2011 until 10:00 pm 20-06-2011 the accomoddation payment will be paid ones.
For nights which no accommodation per diem should be paid (hotel stay) the user has to enter this in the system. (Dialog control is in SAP standard avaialable)
If you need own calculations tehre is also a user exit available.
Best regards,
Siegfried
Dear Siegfried Krause,
Could you please explain me in brief. because my requirement is, if a employee is travelling for a business trip for 5 days, the accommodation per diem should be like this,
example - Per diem for accommodation per day should be 100.
from my client requirement, for 4 days the employee should get full accommodation per diem and for the final day that is 5th day the employee should get only 50% of the accommodation per diem (100 * 50%).
regards,
Raziq
Hello Raziq,
as I sad the SAP standard is not dealing with 50% here. Why? There is a normal a fix rate for accomodation per night.
If you have this requirement you need to use a user exit for per diem calculation. Here you are free to do your own calculation. SAP standard customizing will not help you here.
Best regards,
Siegfried
