Dear Experts,
I have a scenario where a TO line item has been deleted from the TO (LTAP record).
The delivery shows picking as completed however WM status shown as incomplete (B) and in document flow, it also shows an Open TO exist.
But, I cannot confirm the Open TO as the LTAP records are deleted.
So, over all, my delivery has status Pick completed, WM status = open. I cannot do PGI and also cannot reconfirm the TO as there is nothing to confirm in TO.
How to solve this? How can I perform PGI for the delivery.
Please help.
regards,
Shetty
Hi Shetty
How was the TO deleted?

So if you display the TO with LT21, there's no line 1.
If the line was deleted, then maybe the quantity is still open. Have you tried creating a new TO for the delivery (LT03) and see does it bring in the outstanding material?
Alternatively, could you run LT0G to reverse the pick for the delivery and recreate it?
Hi Shetty,
There is a solution to reset the delivery status after cancelling TO in the below scenario (That meens if the stocks moved manually from 916 storage type and delivery bin to some ware warehouse. so you can't able to move /reverse stocks to the 916 and respective delivery.)
only the thing you can do reset the Over OverallWMStatus 'C'- to 'A' to rest the delivery to use using following steps
1. Go to change the delivery quantity to 0 and then copy the delivery quantity as pick quantity (Menu path Edit -> Copy delivery quantity as pick quantity).
2. Once the pick quantity has been reset to 0, the delivery quantity can be changed back to it's original value or the item can be deleted if it is no longer required.
3. Report RVDELSTA can be executed to update the delivery WM and picking status.
4. Use the same delivery and create TO and PGI..
Please try, it may work for your scenario.
Regards,
Madhu
