.csv file again

Hello friends;

I have this .csv file and I am trying to upload it upto PSA now, them later into data targets. It has 42289 records. I created a seperate .csv file for first 2 records and was able to upload those two successfully. but when I tried to upload the all file I got an error "Error 1 when loading external data" or sometimes I get "Error 4 when loading external data" it's the same file and same format. I just ctrlc, ctrlv to create file with 2 records.

what would be the reason. thank you.

    It could be a couple of things most likely related to dates?

    1. Data somewhere in the larger file is using a different format than the 2 records you were uploading. Check dates.

    2. Your default user date format is different than the background user. (most like ALEREMOTE). You may need to change the USER ALEREMOTE to use the same format or change your file format...

    Error 1 occurs when the file is still open while uploading the data.

    Make sure you close the file before clicking schedule button.
