Hello everyone.
It was created a fixed asset in a class with depreciation wrong, and should have been created from a class without depreciation.
The AFAB was executed and now that asset depreciation are accounted. If I tried to execute ABUMN and transfer to a new fixed asset with the correct class i hava this problem.
Account 'Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation' could not be found for area 01
Message no. AU133
Diagnosis
When creating the accounting document, the system could not find account 'Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation' in depreciation area 01 for company code 1000.
Procedure
Enter this account in the account determination for Asset Accounting.
The transaction try to transfer the depreciation, which is a class that should not have account Amort.
How I can cancel the depreciation needed to do the transfer?
Thank you very much in advance.
Regards.
Hi
Change the Dep Key to 0000 and rerun AFAB in REPEAT mode...
Then do ABUMN... You may be required to specify a GL Acct in Ao90 even for an asset class with zero dep... Thats required for technical purposes
