SAP ERP -PI-C4C employee Replication

HI experts ,

I am working on our first integration scenario for replicating employees from ERP to C4C.

Using Target URL in PI HTTP://HOST.crm.ondemand.com/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/humancapitalmanagementmasterd6?.When I send employees from SAP I could see SOAP receiver channel Processed successfully .However I don't see any messages in web Service Monitoring of C4C.Employee I am sending is not exists in C4C .

Please guide me in right direction, what is missing here .
