Mozilla Firefox 1.0 has been added to the list of supported web browsers of ITS 6.20. So I have also added Firefox 1.0 to the above weblog.

Hi,

We are using WebCats with R/3 relase 4.6C SP48 and ITS 6.20. We are currently on release 6200.1014.44453.0, Build 698209. I am not sure which support package this represents but the Web Cats application is not working nice at all with Netscape 7.2. Do we not have high support package enough?

Hi Andreas,

The ITS / SAP GUI for HTML capabilities regarding Gecko based browsers (Mozilla, Netscape, Firefox) are constantly improving with each new patch. The currently latest ITS 6.20 patch available is patch 16. Please upgrade if possible.

Please keep in mind that it is possible that IACs and EWTs may not yet be fully optimized for the Gecko engine. In this case the application development may have to provide updates as the ITS team is not responsible for these applications.
