MSS Business Package Import

I'm attempting to import MSS Business Package 60_1_4 and receiving errors in my import log.

All the files in the root MSS folder import correctly. All files in the global\folders subdirectory error out with a path not found error. The path looks a little odd with forward / and backward \ but I would still expect it to work ok.

Below is the message I receive:

SEVERE: GenericObjectCreator: The file path for the requested object was G:\usr\sap\EP6D\global\config\pcd\Import\MSS_60_1_4/global/folders/com.sap.pct.hcm.reporting.pcd

We are currently running EP6.0 SP2 Patch 5.

Thoughts?

    This wasn't the exact issue but it did point me in the right direction.

    The user used to install the portal had been removed as an administrator on the box. This seemed to cause the issue. The portal still ran ok; this was the only apparent side affect. All is well now.
