Call for WebService/DynPage always forces EP-Login-Page

Target:

Call my own WebService within EP6

Problem:

I always get the EP-Login-Page on displaying URL-iView

History:

1. I've implemented my own WebService which works fine.

2. I've created a portal service by using the WSDL-file and a DynPage (same as "Google Search Sample")

3. I've created an URL-iView with a call http://localhost:<port>/.../<service>.<dynpage> ("Test URL" works fine)

4. I've linked the iView to a Page

from now on I always get the EP-Login-Page

Question:

1. Does anybody know where to define usermapping for portal services ?

2. Is there a generic WebService Connector for system landscape ?

    Hi Bernd,

    This is not link with the use of Portal Service or Web Service directly within a Portal component.

    This is due to your setting in the Iview.

    What kind of Ws do you want to consume?

      I've set authentication scheme of the iView to anonymous, but the login page will not disappear.

      ..but pressing "Support" on the login page (without setting user and password) will process a anonymous login and the WebService front end opens.

      One question still remains: How to suppress the login page ?
