ITS Mobile Offline Capability

Is it possible to setup ITS mobile in a decentralized fashion, so that the scanning guns can work when the connectivity to ECC is down. Once the connectivity resumes, the decentralized ITS server should synch up the data.

Is it possible in SAP ITS mobile, without any thrid party add-ons.
