SBO Mailer

We recently upgraded to SAP 8.8 Patch Level 20...

This has first of all been not the best experience...

1 issue we are facing is puzzling to me..

I have 2 users that can not send Order Acknowledgments via the SBO Mailer..

We have created new users for them and still no go...

All users have access to the Attachments and Picture folders..

Any help would be great...

I have checked all Attaqchment and Picture folders and these are set to share and all users have rights.

I mean in database. Check all the folder and file names are still the same.

Actually, everyone can send emails via the SBO except 2 users.

It is probably a user permission issue. Check window user profile. Maybe a new user on window.

Try to find any unique properties only these 2 users have.

What we located, with the assistance of our WONDERFUL VENDOR "Navigator"

Within the user setting, the user name contained double quotes, " "..

This caused a conflict with the SMTP settings... You can have single quotes ' ' but not double quotes " "....

In your case, you need to check the Attachments and Picture folders are still valid after upgrade.
