Can we install a printer in such a way that it shall ask for a secure code while creating a print spool.

Is such a code defaulted by SAP printer settings?Please suggest.

SAP does not have that possibility by default. Either you have to program it that way or refer to any third party tools certified by SAP to see if they have this facility.

I am not sure but when I googled it online, found Xerox who seems to have this facility.

there is one way to do it is as below... but your printer must support secure printing...

Use LP01/LP02 printing (Front End printing) from SAP once printer settings popup from window setup secure code and print.

I know some RICOH printers support this function.

I am 99% sure SAP do not have this fuction by it self.
