about additional action

hi all

i want to run 2 action in the same day, for example Transfer and Change in Tariff plan.but when I run second system show message like "This entry deletes a record".I ran additional action RPUEVSUP.but it gives me "PerNo **** Error while creating IT 0302" message.what must I do for run 2 action in the same day?it is very important for me.plz help me

Check whether you have selected check box in U0302 in table T529A against your actions....and also check the below entry in table V_T77S0. It should be active.

Then check your additional actions is there any value in Employment status ...if any value is there then delete that value and try again.

where i must check employee status for additional action?

status for transfer and change in tariff pay action are 3 (active)

PA --> Customizing Procedured --> Actions --> Setup Personal Actions --> Personal Action Types

Here Employoment column make it blank other than hiring action.

here i have active status for all my actions. It means that I can not run 2 action in the same day.I am right?

I have succesfully done it (2 action in the same day) one time.but I have forgotten how can did it..

You can run additional actions on the same day...but employment status should be same....means hiring and termination is not possible on the same day...You can run through PA40 and check the additional actions info in IT0000.

For both the actions make employment blank in table T529A.
