Consumption posting - movement type

Hi,

i am created new movement type with reference to 301 mov. type, and consumption posting marked as blank,

i know that by making the entry as blank, the stock transfer quantity will not update in consumpton table - MVER,

but, i would like to know that, what is follow-on activities, if consumption quantity is updating in MVER table or MB53 transaction code.

i mean, what is the impact if consumption is increase.....is PR and PO will generate automatically. etc.....

Can you tell me why you are creating Movment Type, and what do you want to do.

hi,

i am doing stock transfer from one store to other store,

i would like to create new movement type for 1 step transfer which sama as 2 step transfer. hence i am createing with reference to m.type 301
