Creation of Purchasing Info Record MEK1

Hi Guru,

I'm working on mass upload for MEK1 - Purchasing info record with condition type PB00 using LSMW.

I'm using an IDoc :

Message Type - COND_A

Basic Type - COND_A04 or COND_A01

On the step "IDoc Processing" I'm encountering an error "Results of pricing with condition type PB00 can not be changed"

Please advise what needs to be done.

What is the messge id and message number of Results of pricing with condition type PB00 can not be changed ?

It's Message no. VJ025 encountered the error upon posting/processing of IDoc in LSMW.

Hello Jay,

I can think of a couple of possibilities that may be the cause of this error message.

1. Did you select the right application in the segment-field E1KOMG-KAPPL ? I believe it should be M for purchasing.

2. If you are certain that your problem is not the one mentioned in step 1 above, then ask your functional consultant to check the configuration of condition type PB00 for purchasing application in SPRO. He/she may need to click on/off checkboxes labeled Rel. to pricing and/or Pricing on/off in the block for Sales pricing.
