Hello Guys,
I have to create an inventory report for which i would have to use 2lis_03_bf and 2lis_03_bx for last consumption date and valuated stock value respectively. But when i am looking into rsa3 for these Datasource, i am finding nothing there.
Please suggest how would i get data from there.
Thanks & Regards,
Dolly
hi,
Please follow these steps........
Loading of 0IC_C03(Material Stocks/Movements)
R/3 Side
Step1:
Tcode: SBIW
Goto Settings for Application Specific Datasource
Logistics
Settings: Inventory Controlling
Determine Industry Sector----Select Standard(CORE)
Stock Initialization----Only Valued Stocks
2LIS_03_BX will be activated
Step2:
Tcode: MCNB
Filling setup tables for 2LIS_03_BX
Transfer Structure 2LIS_03_BX
Only valuated stock(with posting block)
BW Side
First load 2LIS_03_BX
Goto Infopackage---select Generate Initial Status in Update Tab
Now Goto Infocube(0IC_C03)-Manage-Collapse Tab---Remove No Marker Update then click on Release
Load BF & UM then Goto Collapse Tab & Select No Marker Update for Initial loads of both the datasources
For Delta load Uncheck---No Marker Update

Vishnu.

Thanks Vishnu.
I performed step 1 but by mistake i did it twice ..
so now double data records are visible in rsa3 .....
please suggest
Thanks Vishnu, it did help me...
I am able to load data in 2lis_03_bx .
With step 1 only it showed the data in rsa3 , when i did step 2 it loaded twice and it had shown double o. of records then before ........
But I am not able to load data in 2lis_03_bf with same process since it does ot have option for 2lis_03_bf in transfer structure structure.
Please suggest.
Dolly,
> Please activate your 2lis_03_bf and 2lis_03_um datasources in LBWE screen, so that when u r filling the setup tables the transfer structure of BF and UM will be available.

Hi,
I have already activated both of datasources still bf and um are not available.
moreover whenever am trying to fill setup table with oli1bw, it says:
"DataSource 2LIS_03_BF contains data still to be transferred"
Hi Dolly,
Since the message states that "DataSource 2LIS_03_BF contains data still to be transferred", the DataSource must be active (status green in transaction LBWE).
The message occurs because a setup job has already been run to fill the setup tables. You can delete the contents of the setup tables via transaction LBWG for Application 03 (if you're on the production system make sure you don't need this data anymore).
If you carry out all activities in step 1 as mentioned above, you don't need step 2 to fill the 2LIS_03_BX.
Refer to the following document for more information about the Inventory Management scenario's: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/f83be790-0201-0010-4fb0-98bd7c01e328
Hi again,
Technically it's possible to execute a setup job multiple times, but this will indeed result in duplicate records and thus incorrect data will be loaded to BW.
In normal situations you will run the setup job for a datasource only once for the same selection. E.g. for Inventory you can run multiple setup jobs for different Material document ranges (2LIS_03_BF) or different Company Codes (2LIS_03_UM) to prevent one setup job to timeout in case of many documents, but every unique selection should run only once.
However, when the datasources are already in use and you'll need to perform a complete new initialization (for example because you added extra fields in the extract structure for which historical data needs to be loaded), you need to run the setup jobs again and therefore first delete the contents of the setup tables. In this case you'll also need to delete the data in BW and reload it.
Good luck!
Hi all ,
In my report which i stated in my first post, i have to take a field called abc indicator from marc table(MARC.MAABC).
I am taking 2lis_03_bf and 2lis_03_bx as extractors but there is no ABC Indicator field in any of them.
I wanted to know whether there is any better way to implement this other than enhancig the extractor with MARC.MAABC.
Thanks in advance.
Dolly
ok i have fetched abc indicator.
Now we want to implement a condition in this report usig 2lis_03_bf, which is :
"We are considering BUDAT as last consumption date and if last consumption date is 0 we will consider BLDAT as same."
Could you please advice how should i implement this.
Thanks
Dolly
Thanks am able to fetch ABC Indicator.
Now i wat to implement a condition in same report usig 2lis_03_bf, which is:
"We are considering BUDAT as last consumption date and if last consumption date is 0 (point 2) we will consider BLDAT as same."
Please suggest how can i implement the same...
Thanks
Dolly
Hi
If you are using delta for BX and BF then after scheduling job in BI for delta and load the data in BI then you can not find any data in RSA3.
