Hi all - I was recently added to the eRecruiting team for my company and we had it installed by consultants and the in-house experts have now left.
HR has an issue that I hope will be simple for someone to help with.
a hiring manager's dashboard still shows candidates to be reviewed in the worklist -> confirmation activities -> selected candidates area. these postings have been closed for over 6 months and I was told that they did complete the activity of "Forward to manager", yet the candidates still show up and will not go away.
now when he tries to edit that line, it says: Action is no longer required as process is already completed
and nothing can be done.
Is there a way to "clean up" these old entries so that they no longer show up?
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
